The practice
Ruthless Ideas is Auston Ruth, a product-design engineer working in Michigan. Everything in this exhibition was designed, modelled, printed and photographed by him.
Licensing and manufacture
Objects here are not published as downloadable models, and that is deliberate: for anything sold, the physical part is the product. If you want to manufacture, license or stock one of these, write to the address above and say which accession number you mean.

About this exhibition
Built as static HTML from a JSON content model. No tracking, no analytics, no cookies, no newsletter gate — nothing here asks you for anything.
Most object plates were recovered from the practice's own video thumbnails: the renders were always made on a white ground, then composited inside a television frame for YouTube. A script finds the white screen, isolates the object and re-centres it, so the render is shown as it was made rather than as it was packaged.
Dates are the last recorded file activity in each object's folder, measured on 21 August 2026. They mark when work stopped, not when it started.
Live status for every program was measured on 21 August 2026 by requesting each address. Where a product's own domain does not serve it, the label says so and links to the address that works.
